I spent an evening in White Rock last week and took a stroll on the 1500-foot pier. It was SO hot - almost 90F that day and there was hardly a breeze. A couple of posts stood tall in the water, their reflections vivid in the early-evening light. This is what I saw. I did no photoshopping at all. Do click the photo to enlarge it. I sure hope you all like it. To read more about White Rock, click here to see my post about my evening.

Nice reflection photo! Very serene.
Good luck in the contest ;-)
Thats cool, I like how you focused more on the reflection instead of vice versa. :)

very eye catching. loved it.
I love the rippling of the water! Reminds me of the crabbing dock I stand on in Oregon
This post is amazing...With no top or bottom to the post, it appears to stretch to infinity - both ways!
water shots are always so cool
good luck this week
I love what the ripples of the water do to the post's reflection
and you captured it so clearly
and I love how tall the photo is, as Ralph said it seems to go on forever which is so cool!
I'm with Ralph and Dianne, I like the way the photo has the look of infinity also. Great shot! I love water photos. :-)
Good Luck!
Hugs,
Kimmie
